In order to take part to Half Marathon all runnes must be member of an italian sports club with FIDAL membership or have a RunCad. Foreign runners who are member of a national sports club with membership to national athletics federation (under world athletics) can also take part. Those who does not fit these requirements must get a RunCard FIDAL before to entroll to this race.
In order to take part to Relay Half Marathon you just need a good health medical certificate.
