Non-participation insurance

This insurance guarantees a refund of the registration fee if, for any reason, you are unable to participate. Regardless of what the event regulations state, you can obtain the refund directly from the insurance company.

How does it work?

Purchase process and price

Purchase the insurance when registering for the event.
The price is 9% of the registration fee.

Requesting a refund from the insurance company

Request the refund by email directly from the insurance company.
Please note that the refund request must be sent no later than 48 hours before the start of the race.

How much will I be reimbursed?

100% refund with supporting documentation

You can request a full refund by submitting, within 5 days of the injury (or other event), a document confirming your inability to participate (e.g. an emergency room report).

70% refund without supporting documentation

If you are unable to participate for any reason, you can request a partial refund without the need to submit any documentation.
In this case, the refund amount will be equal to 70% of the registration fee.
