Results available in real time, athlete tracking along the course for race safety, and the presence of our staff to handle any need or unexpected situation.
A system suitable for trail and skyrunning races, road running, OCR, open water swimming, ski mountaineering and much more!
Two Wedosport operators
The presence of our technicians allows us to manage any type of race (point-to-point, time trial, heats, vertical races with a summit finish, etc.) and handle any unexpected situation.
Real-time rankings and results
Updated rankings can be consulted in real time on the race’s dedicated page on the TrailLive website, which can also be accessed via a QR code printed on the race bib.
Rankings can be printed at any time, even while following the arrivals, to optimize the timing of awards ceremonies for different categories.
The race announcer has a screen showing, at the very moment of the finish, the athlete’s name, surname, nationality, ranking position and time, allowing them to welcome every athlete as if they were the winner.
Intermediate split timing
Intermediate split detection allows organizers to monitor the progress of the race, increasing both event safety and audience engagement.
Portable handheld devices can be used, which are easy to carry anywhere, or battery-powered automatic readers, which are better suited for checkpoints where many athletes pass within a short period of time.
Totem displays and touch screens at the finish line
At the finish line, a screen will be available for both athletes and spectators to follow the progress of the race and check the results.
Different types of timing chips for different needs
Different types of timing chips are available. Disposable chips that can be attached either to the race bib or to the helmet in races where it is required. Reusable chips that can be attached to the bib or worn as a wristband or ankle strap.
Race safety
For us, ensuring race safety is just as important as providing rankings: every athlete is monitored with checks at the start, at any intermediate checkpoints and at the finish, so that at the end of the race the organization can be sure that no one is left on the course.
